I have one word for you: AMAZING. I am a regular .com shopper. I found your site quite by accident - my husband wanted these racing shoes for the Disney "Goofy Challange" (1/2 marathon on Saturday with a full marathon on Sunday). No local store had them; the webite that we normally buy on did not have his size. I had ordered them from another website on 11/30 and when I followed up with them today, they were on backorder until 1/5!! And NO ONE even bothered to tell me - needless to say, they will not have any more of our business. I found you by just typing in the sneaker name and searching. And I took a leap of faith and ordered. Little did I know that your great service would cushion my landing.
But, the purpose of this long winded dialogue is to let you know why I feel AMAZING is the right word to describe your service. One because your "in stock" actually means the item is in stock - THANK YOU! Two because you called inquiring about the shipping and offered me a better solution at no additional cost - THANK YOU AGAIN! Three because you followed up with an email advising me they had been mailed, even giving me a tracking number - THANK YOU AGAIN!! You will not only have my future business but we belong to a running club and our friends will hear about this as well.

I have to commend you on your "save" of my order. Most employees would have said "okay" to my cancellation request and wrote me off. You are a real asset to your company for reading between the lines and bringing me back into the fold.
Even though one of your competitor's shipping charge for 2nd day air was $5.00 cheaper than your standard rate, they were not going to process my order for 2-3 days. You must have known how many companies operate since you started our conversation by letting me know that you would ship my order today. Once you told me that I should have my shoes in 3 business days, I quickly calculated that your order would reach me quicker than a 2nd day delivery that would not be shipped for 2 or 3 days!
Now that is what I call sales, not to mention great customer service.

I placed an order with XYZ over two weeks ago and was just told that my shoes were on backorder, only after I called them to ask, "where are my shoes". I immediately canceled the order because I refuse to pay someone who provides such bad service.
I found your website and after reading some customer reviews (both on your site and on others) I placed my order. Even though the shoes that I requested were out of stock, your prompt response and coupon for the newer model made up for it.

Kind of a funny thing, Jerry. I was just getting ready to e-mail you on how ironic it is that you are waiting for Asics to send you the size 10's from, I'm assuming, their Irvine, CA plant, and if you notice the delivery address to me, Irvine, CA. Those are some well traveled shoes if you ask me!
Also, I read some testimonials on your website and I saw your name pop up a couple of times. Those people nailed it on the head. You are to be commended for your promptness and your ability to make your customers feel like they are the only ones who matter. I received my Brooks Beasts today. If you check your records of old you will see I was a Tel-a-Runner customer many years ago. Well, five knee surgeries later I am attempting a comeback of sorts. No more marathons, or ten Ks for that matter. I am up to two miles on the soft track with a goal of three miles three times a week in a couple of months.

Hello, I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your site. I found the gel cumulus in the coastal color that my daughter wanted and your response to my questions were fast and helpful.
